A: For now, we work only as an online store, but if you have any questions or need more information of any gown, please, message us via email, and we will be glad to provide you with any additional details needed.
- Q: How do I choose the size and take my measurements?
A: Our sizes are unique to our brand sizing, and are based on bust, waist, and hip measurements.
- Q: What designers do you stock at Feminine Festival?
A: At Feminine Festival, we stock on classic designer dresses.
- Q: Do you offer bridal accessories?
A: Yes, we sell quality handcrafted veils to complete your look.
- Q: What is your return policy for cancellation of orders?
A: All clothes on stock are eligible for return for up to 7 days. However, when you are purchasing custom made dresses we strictly don't allow returns. If there are any questions please do contact us.

Q: When should I start searching for my wedding dress?
A: No less than 12 months - so considering your reading this, start now! However if you are a bride-to-be and don't have such time available, we can still arrange something for you on your special day, but due to such limited time frame, it will be with a larger cost. This is because our tailors have to work harder to meet up with your urgent demand.
Production and Shipping
After receiving your order of any dress, production begins immediately. Every order is custom, and made according to your style and size.
- Production: this period typically takes 30-50 days. If you have specific deadlines or require expedited production, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate.
- Shipping: after production, we arrange for express shipping, and you can expect to receive your order in approximately 2-4 weeks.
